Each exercise that we cover in our class builds on one another. It is important for you to learn and understand each exercise before moving on to the next.

 

What we will cover in class...

 

The purpose of the class is to teach you the three techniques used by Motor Officers worldwide. The exercises that will be covered are:

· The slow race
· Maximum braking
· 12ft & 15ft Slow cone weave
· 24ft Circle
· Offset cone weave
· The intersection
· Figure 8

 

If you are not familiar with these exercises do not worry! Each exercise will be discussed and demonstrated by an instructor prior to you going through them.
